Books about Exchange

Recently I migrated from Exchange 2007 to 2010 (must be ready for Exchange 2013 :). Funny thing was, that I looked through plenty of books about Exchange and the most useful for me was free eBook Exchange 2010 – A Practical Approach.

Thank You Microsoft and a small tip about Dynamics NAV Web services

For last year Dynamics NAV community was waiting for Dynamics NAV 2013 and of course me too, specially after participating at NAV TechDays 2011. I’m just wondering, when MS decided to abandon the 3rd group countries and when to inform about plans to do so… But let’s not talk about sad, I know that everything will be OK, and MS just gave me opportunity to have much more sex with his products then others :)

Actually I had great time with MS migrating Active Directory Domain Controller and Certificate Services (still having sex with certificate issues) to new server, then moving Exchange 2007 and upgrading it to 2010 , so I can upgrade my Windows server 2008 to 2008 R2 and I still need to move Exchange back to old server after upgrading it.

Then at last I will be ready for Windows Server 2012 and Exchange 2013, even not mentioning SQL :)

At end small tip about resolving issue with Web services, which I got after moving AD CS. First of all I needed to reassign domain user to services. And then when starting WS I got error:

The service MicrosoftDynamicsNavWS$Test failed to start. This could be caused by a configuration error. Detailed error
information:System.ServiceModel.AddressAccessDeniedException: HTTP could not register URL http://+:7047/Test/. Your
process does not have access rights to this namespace

To resolve this issue use cmd command:

NETSH HTTP ADD URLACL URL=http://+:7047/Test/ USER="Domain\Username"
